Technology is a powerful way to increase scale, efficiency, and program quality in our projects and programs. Technology is both a driver of some of the challenges and a potential solution. In some cases, dangerous speech and fake news spread online and via social media are an increasingly prevalent driver of violent conflict and political events. This is mainly true for countries with fragile peace (countries in Middle East). Our teams composed of experts at our head quarter in United Kingdom, our staff in Middle East and North Africa and experienced/experts from the countries where we work are in the process of utilizing the current and the future technologies to improve the wellbeing of human and minimize the negative impacts of climate changes!
Education in Conflict
During conflict and crisis, education protects children. It provides a sense of hope and enables them to recover, learn and thrive. Many children in countries affected by war and displacement are out of school, while many others receive only a poor quality education. Green Orchard Global Organization directly or indirectly, via its national partners, provides direct educational services in conflict affected countries. We use different tools, techniques even technologies to provide essential educational services to children and youth.
Economic wellbeing
Economic wellbeing means people have their most basic survival needs met and have sustainable income and assets so they can prosper. During and after conflict, people have to make short-term decisions to survive that will have long-term negative consequences. Green Orchard Global Organization helps them meet immediate needs and build a better future.
Water Recycling Projects
Green
Orchard Global Organization design its water projects with the view to encompass
the whole cycle of water supply, including the natural recharging of
underground water through intact ecosystems. Recharge through recharge wells can serve two very important purposes:
firstly to control and mitigate flooding and secondly, to help ensure
rainwater percolates into groundwater. Using
an artificial groundwater recharge system does not necessitate the construction
of huge structures such as dams to store enormous amounts of water. Water harvesting
and small-storage technologies are key water-related interventions with the
potential to contribute to rapid improvements in the yields of rained crops.

Green Orchard Global Organization via its MENA teams is in the process of supporting the national CSOs in MENA so that they can play better roles in their own countries supporting human rights and improving the current systems!
